New User Application Step 1 of 4 - Enter User Information
Use this form to apply for access to the HUD CSMS Portal. Here are the steps:
  1. On this page provide your personal information. Specify if you will be acting as a User Administrator for your company.
  2. On the next page list your FHA Project Numbers and associate information.
  3. On the last page list the Billing/Managing Agent addresses for the FHA Projects listed in Step 2.
  4. Confirm information and submit the application for approval.
